Three operators, three very different problems, one central system. Names and figures below are placeholders until each customer signs off.

From 6 broken chargers to 64 that bill themselves

“We stopped chasing tenants for parking-and-charging money. The wallet does it, and the cars leave when they are full.”

Challenge

Six chargers from two vendors, one broken RFID reader, and a spreadsheet to invoice tenants at the end of each quarter. Nobody knew which car was plugged in where.

What we did

Repointed the existing hardware to EVEON over OCPP 1.6J, added 58 new AC connectors with QR start, and set a site-level load cap of 180 kW with priority for the tenant fleet.

Result

Drivers pay from a prepaid wallet; idle fees after a 30-minute grace period moved cars along. Billing runs itself, and the facilities team reads one dashboard instead of two.

Challenge

120 electric vans returning between 19:00 and 22:00, a 400 kW grid connection, and a hard rule: every van at 90% by six in the morning, without a second transformer.

What we did

Dynamic load balancing across 60 dual DC connectors using SetChargingProfile, with a schedule that ranks vans by their next route's distance, fed from the fleet's TMS over the REST API.

Result

No grid upgrade. Charging follows the night tariff automatically, and dispatchers see state of charge per van in the morning before they hand out the keys.

120 vans, one grid connection, zero late departures

“The alternative was a €300k transformer. Instead we bought software and told it when the vans had to leave.”

A public network that switched CSMS without a day of downtime

“We migrated 400 connectors in three weekends. Drivers never noticed, which is exactly what we wanted.”

Challenge

A legacy CSMS with rising per-session fees, no 2.0.1 support and a white-label app the operator could not change. 412 connectors from five hardware brands across three cities.

What we did

CSV import of chargers and 9,000 drivers, then city-by-city repointing of the OCPP URL during low-traffic windows. Wallet balances were carried over to the cent.

Result

Flat per-connector pricing, a branded driver app with QR start, and 2.0.1 security profile 3 on the newest sites. Support tickets fell once receipts started arriving by email.
