My charger shows “connected” but no sessions start
Check that the connector reports Available, not Unavailable or Faulted, in the charger view. If it does, confirm the driver's wallet has a balance above the minimum and that the connector's tariff is published. The last ten OCPP messages are under “Messages” on the charger page.
Which URL do I put in the charger's configuration?
Your account has one websocket endpoint shown on the “Add charger” screen; append the charge point identity the charger will use. For security profile 2 or 3, enable TLS on the charger first and use the wss:// form.
A driver was charged for a session that failed
Open the session, check the meter start and stop values and the StopTransaction reason. If energy delivered is zero or the reason is a fault, refund from the session page — the wallet is credited immediately and the driver gets an updated receipt.
Can I move a charger between sites or accounts?
Between sites in your account, yes, from the charger's settings; history stays with it. Between accounts, contact us — we re-home the charger and its sessions without changing its OCPP URL.
How do I report a security issue?
Email [security@eveon.ma] with the details and, if you can, a way to reproduce it. We confirm receipt within one business day and keep you informed until it is fixed. Please do not test against other operators' chargers.
